Joanne Van Beek, from Circles and Ceremonies did an unbelievable job officiating the wedding of my father and his long-time companion. She went out of her way to meet with them at their home to get a feel for what they wanted in their ceremony. Joanne included the children on both sides so wonderfully and brought in touches of our lives that were important to my father and my step mom. Joanne crafted the most beautiful ceremony, she brought in humor and touching memories of my father and my stepmom on how they met and the life they have built together. The wedding ceremony Joanne created for us was perfect. Due to Covid-19 we had to cancel our original wedding plans and decided to elope to the mountains instead of postponing. Joanne was more than willing to travel the 3 hours to perform our ceremony. She was very organized and helped us create the perfect elopement. She took the time before our ceremony to get to know us and to reach out to our families in order to create a ceremony that was totally personal and unique to us. Due to COVID-19, we had to make the difficult decision to change our wedding celebration. We chose to do a small, intimate gathering and include everyone else via live stream - with little time to do so. Joanne was so positive and encouraging right from the start, despite the time constraints that we put upon her. Within a week, she created a beautiful and personal ceremony, just for us. She sent us a detailed questionnaire that allowed us to really reflect as a couple on what we wanted our ceremony to look like. Joanne even suggested aspects of the ceremony that we would never have considered, and made it that much more special. Although we were unable to meet in person until the wedding rehearsal, Joanne's communication was impeccable - making sure that we were comfortable with our ceremony and so understanding when it came to our changes and last minute additions. She was incredible to work with from the start and I will be recommending her services to everyone in the future.
